California in the Fall. Quite possibly the most euphoric time of year. Crowds quickly disappear, heading back to the daily routines of their 9 to 5’s, school, sports and hustle and bustle of life. The beach is still warm. The nights are cool. And the evening light is golden.
“Soon it got dusk, a grapy dusk, a purple dusk over tangerine groves and long melon fields; the sun the color of pressed grapes, slashed with burgandy red, the fields the color of love and Spanish mysteries.”
― Jack Kerouac, On the Road
