At one of the most popular whitewater boating runs on the Colorado River, river managers at Westwater Canyon long ago established the set of rules used to regulate river runners in the fragile desert environment just across the state line.
But as a new whitewater activity poised to explode on the adventure sports scene, the parameters of whitewater SUP are still being established."
